Returns & Exchanges

At Zexaa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully:


Returns

  • If you're not satisfied with the fit or product, you may request a return.

  • A nominal return handling fee of ₹200 per item will be charged to cover logistics and processing costs.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.


Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you've received a damaged or wrong product, please initiate a return with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Upon verification, a replacement will be dispatched promptly.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds but are happy to provide exchanges in the following scenarios:
✔ Exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.
✔ Customers must self-ship the product to our return address — reverse pickup is not available currently.
✔ Shipping costs for exchange are borne by the customer.
✔ The exchanged product must meet the return condition (unused, unwashed, all tags intact).
Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Cancellation of Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled after placement.

  • COD Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement by emailing us at zexaamen@gmail.com.


Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note redeemable at zexaamen.com within 30 days.


Partial Order Exchange

For orders with multiple items, eligible items may be exchanged individually within the 48-hour window.


Fit Issues

If the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange within 48 hours. If the requested size is out of stock, a credit note will be issued.


Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Dissatisfaction with fabric, texture, or color (a 10–12% color variation may occur due to screen settings or lighting).

  • Products that are washed, worn, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products purchased during sales or discounts — these are final sale items.
